What is the material of the stockings? Our stockings are crafted and refined with premium materials and that make its quality more superior than others.
What are the colors and sizes available? Currently, our stockings is available in three sizes (average, tall and extra tall) and three colors (bondi tan, bronte bronze and after dark).
My preferred size/color is currently out of stock. How can I get updates on restock? We will post social media updates and do e-mail announcements to inform our customers about product restock.

What are your modes of payment? Currently, we are operating using two sales channels — online e-commerce and through vending machines strategically situated in port areas and public locations.
For online orders, you may pay through Steipe, Paypal, American Express, or any Visa or Mastercard.
When purchasing from any of our vending machines, you may process payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eftpos, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.
Is it safe to do online payment? Yes, it is very safe and convenient to do online payment.
What are the delivery charges and timeframes? Standard Delivery FREE delivery on all orders over $30.00 otherwise $10 Aust wide, $13 express shipping Australia-wide, $20.00 all International order 4-7 days Australia-wide; including Metro and most Regional areas 7-30 days for other parts of the world.
How do I track my order? Upon shipment, an e-mail confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you.
The tracking number for my order is invalid, how do I track my order? You may send an e-mail to email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours to help track your order.

Can I cancel my order if it is not received in a timely manner? As much as we’d hate to see you go, we respect your time and decision. Yes, you may cancel an order by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return or exchange an item? If yes, how can I return it? If you ordered the wrong item size or color, you may contact email@example.com and let us know which variant you would prefer. We will get back to you and have the parcel shipped back to us, provided that all returns should be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
However, if the product is defective, you will need to send a photo of the product as proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know whether you’d like to get a refund or have the items exchanged instead. We will strive to resolve any problems or issues with the product to make sure this does not happen to you again in the future.
To return an item back to us, you can simply ship it back in the same parcel if your order was placed online. You will not be charged for this as all parcel will have free return shipping. However, if the item was purchased via vending machine, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please note that returns and replacements are only allowed within 7 days after receipt.
