“Disciplined runners consistently clear their heads and focus fully on the journey ahead... because their passion and zeal for the goal supersede the strain. The goal beckons them onward. Passion doesn't negate weariness; it just resolves to press beyond it.”
― Priscilla Shirer, Gideon: Your Weakness. God's Strength.
Many of us try to win in life that we forget how to do it first. We are so focused on the finish line and it is where life trips us. The road to triumph gets all thistled and rough, but we cannot see it because we focus on the finish line more than the journey. It is great to know where you want to go. But never neglect the process to it. And it often happens to a runner or pursuer that wants everything to happen easy. Why shouldn't it be, right? But if we take a step back and say I will do whatever it takes because I can, the passion that burns inside will be like coal fuel that will get you through anything. That fire cannot be extinguished because it came from something deep and something within. No one, not even demons or distractions from negative people can destroy what is inside you. Protect your Passion, Protect your Vision. Get to where you are supposed to be. Because you can! Because you have what it takes! You go, Girl!
